Virtual · Flexible hours · $70 per 45-minute session About OneVillage Healthcare is broken. Not because people don' t care, but because navigating it alone is nearly impossible. At OneVillage, we' re fixing that. OneVillage is a whole-health employee benefits platform that connects employees with expert navigators, clinicians and specialists across insurance navigation, medical navigation, mental health, nutrition, physical and occupational therapy, chronic condition care, financial wellness, and more. We' re not a chatbot. We' re not a directory. We' re real humans, deeply trained and deeply empathetic, who show up for employees at the moments that matter most. Think about what it means to have a brilliant friend who happens to know everything about healthcare, benefits, and wellness, someone who picks up the phone, figures it out with you, and doesn' t let go until the problem is solved. That' s OneVillage. Our members feel it. The reviews and testimonials we receive daily are humbling: employees telling us we saved their marriage, their finances, their sanity, their lives. We' ve coordinated emergency medevacs. We' ve helped members navigate cancer diagnoses, mental health crises, and impossible insurance battles. We' ve been there for the moments that no one else shows up for.
