Compensation: $155,000+ at plan yearly - $233,601 yearly
Responsibilities:- Aggressively follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
- Work with motivated clients and guide them from first conversation to closing
- Master our proven scripts, presentations, and sales systems
- Build relationships, show homes, negotiate contracts, and CLOSE DEALSAttend daily coaching, training, and accountability sessions
- Follow our systems consistently and track your performance
