Assistant Site Security Supervisor

Supervises security officers and lead officers at client sites, ensuring post orders, patrols, coverage, and reporting requirements are met. Trains and coaches personnel, assists with payroll and staffing, inspects posts, responds to emergencies, and coordinates with client representatives to maintain security and customer service. Supervise security officers, lead officers, and other personnel assigned to client posts. Ensure post orders are followed, patrols are completed, and required reports are filed. Train, coach, and discipline personnel and document performance actions. Help coordinate post coverage and submit payroll and personnel information. Inspect posts and prepare and submit required reports. Meet with client representatives and respond to emergency situations.
