Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for its California office. Seeking both Associate and Partner level applicants. All candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills, together with experience in drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, mediations, motions and trial preparation. Exceptional candidates will have experience defending construction defect, commercial, general and professional liability matters, and familiarity with standard legal billing practices. All candidates must have an active license to practice law in the state of California and be a member in good standing with the state bar. This role can be fully remote or a flexible hybrid work environment (3 in-office / 2 remote days per week) but candidate must reside in the state of California. Salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Clausen Miller prides itself on providing both a professional and friendly work environment.
