Act as a primary production point of contact between SDS, supported game teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring transparency around requests, priorities, dependencies, decisions, and escalations. Coordinate external resource planning, vendor-spend tracking, and contract-related coordination with relevant internal teams. Maintain essential production documentation, including roadmaps, schedules, status reporting, risk and dependency tracking, and decision records. Advocate for effective cross-project and SDS decision-making in the audio domain by bringing relevant context, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs into key discussions.

Experience coordinating external partners, outsourcing, or co-development teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-cultural, and time-zone-distributed teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to blockers, changing priorities, and unforeseen issues.
