Accounts Receivable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage recurring safety compliance tasks, follow-ups, and documentation. Complete contractor prequalifications and maintain compliance platforms. Track teammate training, certifications, licenses, and safety records. Coordinate claims, drug testing, DOT filings, and fleet compliance. Review fleet telematics and assist with related questions and issues. Apply customer payments, research discrepancies, and reconcile accounts. Monitor receivables, resolve billing issues, and process lien waivers. The AR Specialist will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED2+ years of safety, HR, compliance, or AR experience. Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT requirements. Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms. Construction billing and collections experience. Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and document systems.
