Associate Labor and Employment Attorney

Responsibilities: Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff claims and wage and hour class and collective actions. Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Provide strategic counseling on employment law issues and workplace compliance matters. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex and high-profile labor and employment matters. Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to enhance legal services and client outcomes.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.3-5 years of labor and employment law experience with a large law firm. Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience. Experience handling wage and hour matters and single-plaintiff employment claims. Active Illinois bar license in good standing. Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Interest in utilizing innovative technologies to improve efficiency and client service.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities.
