Assist attorneys with legal and factual research, document review, written discovery, document production, deposition and hearing preparation, and other litigation support.
Draft and organize pleadings, correspondence, case chronologies, summaries, reports, and other legal materials under attorney supervision.
Serve as a key coordination point among in-house counsel, outside counsel, and business teams, ensuring requests, information, and case updates move efficiently.
Work with financial and business records, including account statements, payment histories, financing records, balances, settlement information, and damages calculations.
Support litigation holds, document preservation, and the secure handling of privileged, confidential, and sensitive information.
Help improve litigation tracking, reporting, document management, and outside counsel coordination.
What We're Looking For:- Demonstrated paralegal or comparable legal support experience involving litigation.

- Excellent organization, deadline management, attention to detail, written communication, and judgment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys, outside counsel, and multiple business stakeholders.
- Legal research, drafting, proofreading, document-review, and case-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document or matter-management tools.
- Degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
- What You Will Have:
- Litigation experience involving financial services, banking, lending, commercial or equipment finance, collections, creditor rights, secured transactions, bankruptcy-related matters, or other finance-based disputes.
