We run a lean, fast-moving TA team, and our recruiters and sourcers are focused on one thing: finding great talent. That only works if the operational layer underneath it is airtight. That's where this role comes in. As Recruitment Coordinator, you're the connective tissue for the TA team. You keep our boards accurate, our data clean, our follow-ups closed, and our process documented, so recruiters can spend their time recruiting instead of chasing logistics. Pearl Talent has bootstrapped our company to a couple of million in revenue and are adding six to seven figures in net new annualized revenue each month. Our clients are fast-growing startups and phenomenal US-based businesses that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequoia, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms. This is a completely WFH opportunity. We'll need someone who can work Eastern Time hours.
