FP&A / Finance Consultant - San Diego, CA (Onsite, 92128) - $50-$70/hour Ready to step into a high-impact finance role where you can bring structure, insight, and operational support to a growing manufacturing organization? This is an opportunity to join an innovative medical device manufacturing company and partner closely with finance and operations leaders during a critical period of growth and systems improvement.
Who you are:
5+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or operational finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong cost accounting experience is non-negotiable, including inventory, standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to work effectively in environments with evolving processes and imperfect data.
What you'll do:
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities across manufacturing operations.
Analyze product costs, inventory, margins, and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Partner with finance and operations teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-making processes.
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $50-$70 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
