Vice President Operations

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across Engineering, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR.Drive on-time delivery, productivity improvements, and equipment uptime. Establish performance expectations and hold leaders accountable for results. Develop supervisors and build organizational strength. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and inefficiencies. Oversee ERP-driven production planning, scheduling, and operational processes. Manage engineering, maintenance, and operational projects to successful completion.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience. Experience in high-mix, low-volume, make-to-order, or configure-to-order manufacturing environments. Experience within machining, metal fabrication, steel, or industrial manufacturing operations. Strong background with ERP systems, production planning, and scheduling. Proven success improving productivity, OEE, on-time delivery, and operational performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
