Benefits: 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off Sales & Marketing Manager Duties: Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships Negotiate service contracts, pricing, and rates Promote company services and assist with developing sales packages Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments Track account activity, changes, progress, and profitability Monitor industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor activity Identify opportunities to expand into new markets Create sales reports and maintain customer agreements and historical data Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content development Travel locally as needed for customer relations and business development Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements: Minimum five years of experience in sales, marketing, logistics, or supply chain management Proven B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of trucking, warehousing, ocean freight, inter-island transportation, or intermodal services preferred Experience with social media advertising and digital marketing strategies Demonstrated success with SEO, email marketing, and content writing Strong contract negotiation, pricing, and relationship-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on results Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred Must be a current Hawaii resident
