DISCO is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of contracts. You will draft and negotiate with clients and partners, ensure terms meet legal and organizational standards, and collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to support execution and compliance.
The role requires 3–5+ years of contract management experience and a law degree. Proficiency with IronClad or Salesforce and MS Office is expected. U.S. work authorization is required.
