Patient Care Coordinator

Role Description: This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) on-site Patient Care Coordinator role located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, communication with internal and external parties, scheduling patient appointments and utilizing clerical skills.
