Technical Recruiter

Contract Length: 6+ Months

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)We're partnering with a FinTech company to hire an experienced Sourcer/ Recruiter to support hiring across high-impact technical needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced recruiting team focused on identifying exceptional SWE and specialized technical talent, including Principal, Staff, and Leadership candidates. Responsibilities: Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles such as front-end, back-end, mid-level software engineering, data engineering, Infra, Data Science, ML, and other engineering talent. Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for senior and leadership-level positions. Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and develop targeted talent pipelines. Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research to inform recruiting strategies. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent. Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular sourcing metrics and market insights. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: 4+ years of sourcing experience supporting SWE and specialized technical hiring. Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Leadership talent. Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations. Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques. Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment. Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Background working in high-growth technology companies with rapidly scaling sales teams.
