Job Description:
Job Description Join a Family-Owned Company Where People Still Come FirstLead From the Field. Build Something Great. Make a Lasting Impact. For nearly 90 years, Soltman Heating & Cooling has earned the trust of homeowners throughout Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties by doing things the right way. Since 1936, we've remained committed to the values that built this company-treating customers honestly, taking care of our employees, and building relationships that last for generations. As much of the HVAC industry becomes larger and more corporate, we're intentionally investing in something different. We're growing our company while preserving the family-owned culture that has made Soltman successful for nearly a century. This is a unique opportunity to join a respected local company entering its next phase of growth. We're investing in our people, our customers, and our future-and we're looking for an experienced Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician who wants to help lead that journey. If you're looking for a place where your experience is respected, your ideas are heard, and your work genuinely matters, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on honesty and trust.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor for fellow technicians.
Help establish service standards and best practices.
Work alongside ownership to continue building one of Southeast Michigan's premier residential HVAC companies.
Build long-term customer relationships-not just close another service ticket.

- Enjoy the Journey
