Amazon Air seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own customer experience and network resiliency linked to the reliability and performance of the Amazon Air fleet. As part of the AIR Customer Experience (CX) team, this role sits at the intersection of network performance, supply chain planning, and customer delivery outcomes — owning the analytical and strategic frameworks that connect upstream and downstream dependencies across the Amazon Air network. This role requires someone who can operate at both the strategic level — shaping long-term network design and annual planning inputs — and the tactical level, supporting short-term tradeoff decisions during disruptions and constraint periods. Key job responsibilities1. Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Air network and fleet to identify and mitigate risks to the reliable on-time delivery of customers orders2. Influence and drive network, aircraft maintenance and spares strategy to improve customer experience as the Amazon Air network continues to become faster and more efficient.3.
