Afternoon Childcare Aide – Bambini Childcare Looking for a part-time afternoon job working with young children? This is it. Bambini Montessori Academy is hiring an Afternoon Childcare Aide to join our team — no mornings, no weekends, no evenings. Just a consistent, Monday–Friday afternoon schedule at a warm, Montessori-inspired child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
What You'll Do:- Support lead teachers with afternoon activities and routines
- Assist children with snacks, nap time, diapering, and transitions
- Engage children in play and developmentally appropriate learning
- Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized
- Promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth
What We're Looking For:- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or early education (preferred)
- Infant/Toddler experience is a plus
- Patient, dependable, and great with young children
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift45-hour Child Development training preferred — or willingness to complete
