Ideal Background:- 10+ years of power electronics product development experience 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Expertise in AC-DC, DC-AC, and DC-DC power conversion
- Experience with energy storage, power infrastructure, UPS, solar, EV, or related technologies
- Proven success leading products from concept to market
- Strong understanding of grid-connected power systemsB.S. in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
