Senior Corporate Director of Operations

Pay: $150k - $170K DOE15% Discretionary Bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday Shifts may vary and Weekends as needed

Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies across multiple departments. Optimize processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and performance. Establish and manage performance measurement programs. Ensure compliance with governmental, customer-required and company policies. Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation. Prepare executive reports on operational performance and priorities. Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple projects. Develop and maintain operational policies and governance practices. Identify, assess, and implement cost saving and margin-improvement initiatives. Experience and knowledge within raw materials, production processes and distribution processes, maintenance, costs and other techniques max effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.

Requirements: 10+ years of experience in financial experience managing budgets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or 10 yrs+ in an operations leadership role. Knowledge and experience of HACCP, GMP, SQF, and USDA and safety standards. Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to successfully and efficiently execute the organization's strategic plan. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be able to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
