Performance-Based Compensation This role combines a competitive base wage with performance incentives. Your earnings are tied to: Quality of work, Productivity, Efficiency, Customer satisfaction, Job completion, Ability to identify additional repair opportunities. The better you perform, the more you earn. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $40+ per hour through our performance compensation program. What You'll Be DoingRoof Inspections & Diagnostics Identify leak sources and roofing deficiencies Determine appropriate repair solutions Communicate findings clearly with customers and management Roofing Repairs Replace damaged shingles Repair flashing systems Install pipe boots and roof penetrations Perform leak repairs Complete detailed restoration work Customer Communication Explain issues and solutions professionally Document repairs with photos and notes Maintain a positive customer experience Safety & Organization Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Maintain clean and organized jobsites Properly care for company vehicles and equipment What You'll Bring Positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills Roofing repair experience Knowledge of flashing, penetrations, leak diagnosis, and repair methods Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Have a better method?
