Supporting the implementation of the Ukraine Veteran Rehabilitation and Reintegration Program (UVRR), the full-time Program Officer will manage day-to-day program activities, oversee subawards, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of program objectives in Kyiv, Ukraine, with partial eligibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate assigned program activities, ensuring timely implementation and high-quality documentation
Provide programmatic oversight of subawards and partner-led projects, reviewing workplans and tracking implementation progress
Facilitate collaboration with civil society organizations, local authorities, and service providers to support veteran reintegration initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public administration, political science, sociology, law, social work, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing donor-funded projects
Experience in coordinating activities with external stakeholders and understanding Ukraine's civil society landscape
Proficiency in Ukrainian and fluent English (at least B2 level)
Demonstrated skills in project management, including activity design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
