In this role, you'll maintain hard floor surfaces, clean carpets, operate specialized floor care equipment, and help keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers each day. No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

What You'll Do:
Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other cleaning equipment
Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing
Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas
Perform restroom and general cleaning tasks as needed
Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation required
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Ability to push and pull floor care equipment
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Training Provided Carlson provides hands-on training and support to help you succeed and grow your skills.
