Detention Shift Leader (Corrections)

Curry County, NM is seeking a Detention Lieutenant who will supervise all personnel on the shift, mentor officers and Sergeants, and model professional conduct under pressure. The role requires strong leadership, enforcement of policies, daily documentation, and oversight of detainee movement and activities to ensure safety and order.
