Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in industrial operations. The Process Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
- Perform routine inspections, readings, and data logging
- Identify and report equipment issues, abnormalities, or safety concerns
- Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Process Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills and ability to document information accurately
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Must be able to work in an industrial environment (heat, noise, outdoor conditions)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
