This role is ideal for a surgeon with strong experience in laser vision correction and refractive cataract surgery, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a high‑volume, technology‑forward environment. Surgeons with interest or expertise in advanced refractive technologies, premium IOLs, and vision‑correction innovation will thrive in our dynamic, multi‑specialty ophthalmology group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care
- Perform cataract surgery and refractive procedures (LASIK/PRK/SMILE/ICL depending on training)
- Manage pre‑ and post‑operative patients
- Collaborate closely with optometrists, technicians, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completion of ophthalmology residency
- Board certified or board eligible
- Active Florida medical license
- Strong surgical and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and patient‑care focus
