Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Director of Ecommerce, DTC to own the end-to-end Direct-to-Consumer business for soldejaneiro.com and Tik Tok Shop. You will manage the DTC P&L, revenue growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and performance media while shaping the digital commerce vision with cross-functional partners.
You will lead the DTC roadmap across site merchandising, CRM, and media, empowering a high-performing team and driving channel profitability, customer growth, and brand momentum.
