The Catering Sales Manager The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for selling and coordinating catering functions for the hotel, and its F&B outlets, function rooms and banquet space. This position will have a strong focus on social functions like weddings and milestone birthdays. Typical Responsibilities Generating new catering business through prospecting and networking Meeting with clients to discuss events, menus, budgets, and requirements Preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing packages Coordinating with chefs, banquet teams, and event staff Managing corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings Tracking sales goals, revenue, and client satisfaction Maintaining relationships with repeat clients and referral partners
