Sales Account Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clarity is seeking a personable, motivated sales professional to find new leads, connect with prospective customers, and turn conversations into sales. You will make outbound calls, maintain organized sales records and follow-ups, and represent Clarity at industry conferences. Research and identify prospective customers to build a pipeline of qualified leads. Call prospective leads, introduce Clarity’s products, and identify customer needs. Follow up consistently with prospects, answer questions, address objections, and close sales. Maintain organized records of contacts, calls, sales opportunities, and next steps in the CRM or sales tracking system. Keep outreach, meetings, and follow-ups on schedule so opportunities continue moving forward. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent Clarity, meet potential customers, and generate leads. Follow up promptly with conference contacts and turn new connections into sales opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams on product questions, quotes, and customer handoffs. Provide regular updates on outreach activity, pipeline progress, and sales results.
