Primary Responsibilities:- Handle caseload
- Appear for virtual and in-person court appearances
- Draft motions
- Conduct depositions
- Report to insurance companies and municipalities
- Remote work is an option.
- New York State Bar admission required
- Federal Bar admission (Southern District and/or Eastern District) a plus
- Law Firm: mid-size
