Assistant Manager - Cannabis & Glass | Ontario, OR | Full-Time | $21.51/hour

About the Role: At Cannabis & Glass, our Assistant Managers are operational leaders who set the tone for their teams every single shift. You'll partner with the General Manager to drive store performance, develop staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in one of the most dynamic retail environments in the industry. What You'll Do: Lead daily store operations including compliance, cleanliness, and team execution Manage and reconcile all cash operationsvault, registers, pickups, and EOD reports Oversee end-to-end inventory control including receiving, audits, adjustments, and vendor returns Coach and develop employees to deliver best-in-class customer service and meet sales goals Execute promotions, merchandising plans, and online/kiosk order management Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive resolutions Partner with corporate departments on procurement, HR, and marketing initiatives Maintain schedule flexibility, reliability, and professional leadership standards at all times
