Job Description:
Seeking dedicated Spanish speaking Medical Assistants/phlebotomists over two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates would be dynamic, friendly, fast-learners, multi-taskers, & will assist the physician in providing the highest quality of care in a family practice setting. The candidates will be working closely with the other MAs, the office manager, the front-desk specialist, the physician and the owners in a supportive & cordial environment. This would be in a primary care clinic.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify insurance & Eligibility- Check-in & Check-out- Attend phone calls- Triage patients, run EKG- Schedule, Re-schedule appointments- Scan in-coming & out-going clinical documentation- Obtain & upload medical records, labs & imaging- Call in prescription refills- Administer IM injections and IV- Draw & package blood for labs- Manage inventory- Stocking & cleaning the exam rooms- Assisting the physician in procedures- Checking & responding to the voice messages- Confirming appointments & Chart prepping for the next day- Complete requests for medical records- Facility cleaning & maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 (4.5 days)

Pay: $16.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience, Bilingual required
