In this role, you'll help restore and prepare precision components used in semiconductor manufacturing through specialized cleaning and processing techniques. What You'll Do:
Process precision parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods following detailed work instructions.
Operate manufacturing equipment to clean, blast, coat, bake, dry, etch, and prepare components for customer use.
Prepare chemical tanks using established recipes and safely handle approved chemicals while wearing required PPE.Inspect, package, receive, and ship customer parts while maintaining accurate documentation.
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience; high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing experience is a plus.
Experience with parts cleaning, coating, media blasting, quality inspection, or chemical processing is highly desirable.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and quality.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements:- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis with or without accommodation
- Frequently bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and grasp.
