Job description: Weaver – Machine Operator
Location: Anaheim, Ca (La Palma and Magnolia)
Shifts: 2nd Shift, 3rd shift (Overtime & rotating weekends required)

Pay Rate:
2nd Shift $20/hr. 1:30 pm to 10 pm3rd shift - 9:30 pm to 6 am $22We are hiring a machine Operator / Weaver to join our production team. This position involves working with carbon fiber materials, setting up equipment, and operating weaving machines in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate weaving machines (looms)
- Load yarn spools onto creels (spools weigh 1–20 lbs.)Monitor machines during operation and watch for defects
- Perform quality checks on finished fabric
- Change yarn packages as needed
- Remove completed fabric rolls and restart new rolls
- Complete required paperwork and labeling
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Report any machine or safety issues to supervisor
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills required
- Able to stand and walk for full 8-hour shift
- Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull carts (with assistance)
- Must be reliable and able to work independently
- Overtime and rotating weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation requiredITAR Requirement:
