The Role:
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based care (CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed) via our secure video platform, collaborating with experienced clinicians on assessments and personalized treatment plans. We handle the marketing, client acquisition, and profiles so you can focus on your clients. At Salam Therapy, work-life balance isn't a buzzword; it's how we built the job. - Proven clinical experience with individuals, couples, and/or adolescents using evidence-based approaches
- A drive to be excellent, not just credentialed. You hold yourself to a high clinical standard, actively seek feedback, and want to keep sharpening your craft to be an elite clinical therapist
- Reliable high-speed internet, laptop/webcam, a private workspace, and tech proficiency
- A collaborative, patient-first mindset - you accept feedback gracefully and thrive without ego
Preferred:
Experience minority populations; second-language fluency; prior telehealth or EMR experience
