Payment is made once a month; applicable taxes are withheld. There are no fringe benefits with this position. Upon hire, candidate will be required to provide an official transcript of highest degree earned. Position Overview:
  • The Biology Department is seeking candidates to fill part-time instructor positions with expertise in Anatomy and Physiology. We welcome applications from those qualified to teach introductory, intermediate and advanced courses.
  • We seek adjunct faculty committed to teaching and working with our multicultural student population, teaching courses as needed at the undergraduate/graduate level.

Required Qualifications: M.A. in a biological science Demonstrated commitment to undergraduate instruction and to mentoring students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience teaching introductory biology and advanced courses including human anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience with nontraditional students and with an ethnically-diverse student population
