About KPIAt KPI Concepts, we design and build products that show up all over the country—from store fixtures and checklanes for national retail brands, to parts used inside wind turbine blades, to metal components that keep it all together. We're a local company with big impact, and we're looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our production team.
We are looking to add qualified general laborers and operators to our team! We are looking ambitious workers with strong attendance and who work well with a team to get the job done. We currently have limited 1st shift positions available.
Shifts1st shift: Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm; OT may be required
2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 4:30om-3:00am; OT may be required
Minimum Skills and QualificationsOperate various equipment and machinery
Ability to load or unload heavy material or onto a machine efficiently and safely
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being able to bend, stoop, lift, twist, bend, and stand for 10 hours per day
Operate basic power tools and pneumatic tools
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds quickly and consistently
Ability to work in a team environment and to fill in to other stations as necessary
