Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)

Compensation: $45,760 – $49,920 per year (equivalent to $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience and performance)

Signing Bonus: $500 after 30 days of employment$500 after 90 days of employment + performance-based rate increase

Requirements: Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.).Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.”Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal. Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
