Senior Product Engineer

Key responsibilities: Lead the entire product lifecycle from problem definition to design, implementation, and iteration, including experiments that may evolve into standalone products Engage with users and stakeholders to identify core problems, determine viable solutions, and make informed architectural decisions Develop backend services, APIs, and frontend experiences while leveraging existing Semaphore systems and maintaining high standards of quality and securityRequired qualificationsProven track record of independently shipping significant software products or features Strong product and engineering judgment, with a focus on system design, reliability, and maintainability Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure concepts Ability to work in a polyglot environment with familiarity in technologies such as Go, Elixir, Ruby, and React Experience with AI-assisted development and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote team setting
