Start: ASAP, pending credentialing Schedule4 × 10-hour shifts/week7:00 AM–5:00 PMInpatient coverage Occasional weekend beeper call: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PMProvider rounds in the morning, then remains on beeper call10 guaranteed hours/day Full-time coverage need
Responsibilities:- Inpatient neurosurgery patient management and rounding
- Manage assigned patients (approx. 10 patients/shift )Provide clinical coverage alongside the neurosurgery team
- Respond to phone consultations and call needs
- First-assist experience is a plus, but not requiredNo admissions requiredNo supervision of other APPsFacility & Support12 beds in department
- Level III Trauma CenterStroke-certified facility
- Strong support staff, including RNs, MAs, and APPsEpic EMRRequirementsBoard Certified – BC only
- Active WA license or IMLCDEA requiredBLS & ACLS required
- Current CV required for submission
- Neurosurgery experience required
- Estimated credentialing: 30–60 days
- Temporary privileges available
