In this role, you will handle complaints related to implantable brain devices, primarily received via email from sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire complaint process, from intake and assessing for reportability to reporting, reassessing after reporting, and reviewing for completeness and closure. You will be expected to manage approximately 100 files at a time, ensuring that all complaints are thoroughly addressed and resolved.
