Rugiet Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to translate strategy into execution and keep the leadership team aligned as we scale. This is not a calendar-manager role—it focuses on strategic initiatives, cross-functional ownership, and preparing the CEO for high-stakes decisions.
You'll drive projects from financial modeling to partnership deals, coordinate board deliverables, and ensure critical priorities stay on track while the company expands into sleep and peptide-based therapeutics.
