Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing Cable Technology company in Sterling, VA to hire a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Associate. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmPay: $18 per hour
What You'll Do:
Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse software and established procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if applicable).Load and unload deliveries while ensuring products are handled with care.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
