We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to manage and oversee Ribbon machines. This role involves monitoring production processes, ensuring efficient machine operation, and performing basic troubleshooting when necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Chinese and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with basic technical and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Ribbon machine.
Ensure consistent production output and quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve minor machine issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report more complex issues to maintenance or supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized production workspace.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is a plus.
Ability to operate automated machinery.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Able to work on the production floor for the duration of the shift.
