Quality Lead (Nuclear) Build Our Scalable QA System

Valar Atomics is seeking a founding Quality Leader to shape the organization and systems enabling rapid, safe scale of nuclear technology. You will drive the Quality program from policy to practice, partnering with engineering to embed rigorous controls that enable fast, compliant execution. This role is a strategic build from the ground up in a fast-moving R&D environment, with a roadmap to a world-class Quality Management System and a future people leader role as the company grows.
