Job DescriptionHey Hunny Blooms & Boards is a boutique, experience-driven charcuterie workshop studio focused on creativity, connection, and confidence-building through hands-on learning. We are looking for a warm, dependable, people-loving individual to join our team as a Charcuterie & Events Specialist. This hands-on, creative role includes leading and assisting with charcuterie workshops, designing and preparing beautiful charcuterie boards for customer orders, supporting the preparation and execution of catered events, and assisting with daily studio operations and guest experiences. The right person will enjoy working collaboratively with our team while helping create a welcoming, upbeat, and organized environment where guests feel comfortable, inspired, and cared for. This position will begin part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role depending on business needs and the right candidate’s goals and performance.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and assist with hands-on charcuterie workshops, including guest instruction, demonstrations, setup, and creating a fun, engaging experience.
Prepare ingredients, boards, and supplies for workshops, pre-orders, and catering events.
Design, assemble, and beautifully style charcuterie boards and platters for customer pre-orders and special occasions.
Assist with the preparation, setup, styling, service, and breakdown of on-site and off-site catering events, including grazing tables and specialty displays.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
Assist with cleaning, breakdown, and proper food safety practices following workshops and events.
Support retail operations, customer interactions, and overall guest experiences in the studio.
Package completed charcuterie orders and assist with daily food preparation and inventory organization.
Assist with light marketing tasks, social media content, workshop preparation, and event support.
Anticipate guest and team needs, work collaboratively, and contribute wherever an extra hand is needed.
