We're hiring a licensed clinical psychologist, and we want to lead with the part most job posts bury.
Most of our clinicians work four days a week.
That's not a wellness perk we bolted onto a schedule built for volume. It's the schedule. A caseload you can actually carry is what lets you walk into a Thursday afternoon session and still be fully there, and honestly, it's why our clients stay with us for years instead of months.
Here's the rest of it, plainly:
You earn 50% of the revenue your caseload generates, with transparent billing so you can see exactly how that math works. Estimated annual earnings run $80,000 to $105,000. Hybrid, based in Mt. Auburn. Mostly individual adult therapy.
Health insurance with a $300 monthly contribution, dental, vision, a 3% retirement match, $500 a year for continuing education, quarterly and anniversary bonuses, and a team retreat.

Peer consultation is scheduled into the week rather than squeezed in around it, which is the difference between a practice that says it values collaboration and one that actually puts it on the calendar.
You'll need a doctorate from an APA-accredited program, an active Ohio license, and solid grounding in evidence-based practice. We especially welcome applicants from groups underrepresented in mental health.
The application takes about 20 minutes and we reply within two business days.
