Essential Job Duties for the Restaurant District Manager: Oversee the daily operations of 7+ locations. Coach and develop Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Managers. Ensure that procedures and policies are upheld. Ensure that food quality is upheld. Job Qualifications for the Restaurant District Manager: Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record 2+ years of District Manager experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant. Drive thru experience is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 120+ team members. Strong analytical thinking; ability to read and train managers on financial reports. Coaching & training mentality.
