Job Description:
Job Description Perfecto Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator / Order Picker for our client in the Grand Prairie (75052) area. This position combines forklift operation, order picking, loading, and general warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a sit-down forklift, be familiar with cherry picker equipment and RF scanners, and be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Grand Prairie 75052
Pay Rate: $20/HREssential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move, stage, and load products. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using an RF scanner. Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and damage prevention. Utilize cherry picker equipment as needed. Verify inventory and assist with stock replenishment activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift required.
Knowledge of cherry picker equipment and RF scanning systems preferred.
Experience in order picking, loading, and warehouse distribution environments.
Ability to lift and carry 50-60 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Pre-Employment Requirements:

Must complete and pass a basic math assessment prior to receiving an offer of employment.
