APPLY NOWProduction Assembler We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you'll manufacture custom hose assemblies that help keep industries operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Pick components according to customer orders
- Measure, cut, label, assemble, and crimp hose assemblies
- Test finished products and document results
- Perform quality inspections to ensure customer specifications are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist team members and cross-train in other production areas
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools and measuring devices
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Forklift experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently use hands and tools
- Bend, reach, and stoop as needed
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
